Building on the strengths of the previous three editions, Visual Basic.Net for Education 2010 Edition, is designed for the newest version of Visual Basic.Net (Visual Basic.Net 2010).  One of the main advantages of basing a course around this new version, is that the software is available as a free download via the Microsoft web-site.  This text is compatible with both the Professional and Express Editions. 

Consisting of twelve chapters and over 250 pages, each programming concept is discussed with examples and screen captures to demonstrate their use. The book is accompanied by a CD-ROM which contains over 30 programs and tutorials. The book also comes with a section containing test questions which can be adapted and freely used.
